Organizational development is an objective-based methodology that is utilized to perform a change of systems. This program is used by developing and reinforcing processes, as well as strategies.
To further implement our mission, it is a must that we partner with these organizations to successfully obtain our future. We need their help to initiate change and inform people about the need for equality in the African community at large.
At TAWPAC, we collaborate with various political and social entities to help us with our cause. It is one of our objectives to “fostering positive relationships and educating them on the issues that impact Africans in diaspora, children of African heritage, and the community at large.”
